Organa Kratom — Lifecycle Email Experience
This project explores how behavioral messaging, UX/UI principles, and visual design can transform a promotional email into a purposeful digital touchpoint. Using Organa Kratom as the example, the case study examines a browse-abandonment scenario: a user explores a product but leaves without purchasing. The email reconnects with that intent through conversational messaging, a clear incentive, and a visual hierarchy designed to encourage re-engagement. The design approach focuses on four key areas: Behavioral Messaging — Connecting user behavior with relevant communication. UX/UI — Establishing a clear content hierarchy that guides attention. Visual Design — Using typography, color, whitespace, and imagery to reinforce brand identity. Conversion — Identifying opportunities to reduce friction and encourage the next action. The result is a focused exploration of how email can extend the digital experience beyond the inbox. Design focus: Behavioral messaging · UX/UI · Visual Design
